How to Place an Order
Notes:
- All software packages (object and source) include one year of support, as well as software updates during that period. Support in USA and Canada is provided via toll-free telephone, fax, and e-mail. Outside the USA and Canada, support is provided via telephone, fax and e-mail. Telephone support is provided during the hours of 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM local time (1530-0000 GMT during "daylight saving" time ("summer time"), 1630-0100 GMT during "standard time".
- Configurable object pricing is on a per-server basis.
- A credit of 90% of the object pricing applies upgrade to full source level for a single server system within one year of purchase.
- A discount of 40% applies to object-level products installed on turn-key servers.

This includes one year of technical support and software updates and hardware
warranty (parts and labor included).
